We offer store credit within 10 days from the date you receive item (per tracking info). We do not offer refunds.
Return items must be unworn, unwashed, and all original tags attached.
Sale items are final sales and not returnable for exchange or credit.
Return Process and Procedures will be given to you once the return is approved. Must be mailed back to us within the 10 day time frame.
Items will be rejected for the following reasons: Items without tags, "sale" items, items that smell of smoke, items past the policy return date.
We will contact you to collect shipping. We will hold the item for 30 days. After 30 days, if arrangements are not made, the item will be donated.
